The Velvet Reserve uses flat-rate event pricing built around guest count, staffing, preparation, equipment and the service your event actually needs. Events are positioned as a premium $1,000+ experience, with your exact quote defined before booking.
A signed agreement and 50% deposit reserve your event date. Remaining 50% is due 30 days before the event.
